We have recently inaugurated our pilot production plant in Spain (San Pedro de Pinatar, Murcia). This plant is located in IMIDA – Instituto Murciano de Investigación y Desarrollo Agrario y Alimentario and was constructed to support the Algafeed Project, which has the aim to develop new fish feed based on marine microalgae. Preliminary results on the feed formulation are already quite promising in what concerns fish growth rate, immunity and morbility.
